Danielle Sremac, who has been paraded on CNN and NBC as representing the alleged "Institute of Balkan Studies" is actually a lobbyist for the Serbian Unity Congress (SUC). Both CNN and NBC have refused to identify her connections and her platform. That platform has long included the expulsion of Kosovar Albanians from Kosovo. Sremac has also been an official representative of the government of Radovan Karadzic, now indicted for genocide before the International Tribunal on War Crimes in the Former Yugoslavia at The Hague.
According to the Serbian Unity Congress, an extremist Serbian nationalist lobby, resolutions of 1991, 1992, 1993, and 1994:
3. [We demand] all authorized groups and responsible institutions to identify "illegal" immigrants from Albania who "migrated" to the territory of Kosovo from April 6, 1941, to the present and transfer them to the United Nations for resettlement.
Note, although the language might seem banal, the implications are horrific. There is no way to "transfer" hundreds of thousands of Kosovar Albanians to the UN without the kind of massive violence we are seeing in Kosovo.

Hamilton, while he was in Congress, Hutchinson and Cunningham have all taken extreme positions reflecting the policy of the Belgrade regime. Hutchinson, known popularly by those concerned with atrocities in the former Yugoslavia as "The Ethnic Cleansing Queen," has consistently attacked the successful NATO force in Bosnia and demanded immediate return before Bosnia can be given a chance, an immediate return that would plunge Bosnia into the horror of mass atrocity once again.
Cunningham has appeared on NBC stations arguing that all sides are guilty, the position taken by Slobodan Milosevic who announced on Larry King in 1994 that : "there are no angels. Everyone is guilty."
This Milosevic-Cunningham-SUC moral equalizing of masking Serbian police raping, torturing, plundering, stripping of identity, and murdering unarmed Kosovar Albanian or Bosnian Muslim civilians with the innocent victims of such atrocities has been one of the major Belgrade propaganda lines since it launched its "ethnic cleansing" program in 1991.
Burton is the champion of taking contributions from the Belgrade regime lobby in the U.S. Representative Burton is known for calling the President of the United States a "Scumbag" for contribution irregularities. Burton has now taken major contributions from associates of the mass-murderer dictator of Zaire, Mobutu, whom Burton called a democratic reformer after accepting the contributions, and now from lobbyists for the genocidal regime of the Butcher of Belgrade.
