I will not go over the numbers issue on the Banja Luka region with Mr. Mladenovic again. I have answered his query and discussed his changing of my language.
Mr. Mladenovic asks where I have mentioned atrocities against Serbs on this forum. This to me is an amazing question. Here is a very preliminary list. These references can be found throughout my postings.
1) Persecution of Serbs in the Sarajevo suburbs by gangs associated both with the nationalist extremists of Radovan Karadzic and with Bosnian Muslim gangs said to be linked to the SDA party. I mentioned by name on victims, an elderly Serb by the name of Gojko Pondurovic, who was beaten and evicted from his home, while the police looked on and did nothing. I have called publically for pressure on the Sarajevo government, and for an investigation of the Sarajevo police.
2) Further attacks on Serbs in Ilidza by refugees said to be manipulated by the SDA. In a recent post I mention the importance of Islamic religious leaders taking a stand against this violence.
3) At least three references to the brutal expulsion of hundreds of thousands of Serbs from the Krajina by the Croatian army, and their present condition of homelessness and misery.
4) The genocidal attacks on Serbs by the Ustashe state in WW2 and the complicity of religious leaders in those attacks and the justified anger felt by Serb survivors of these atrocities and by the families of the victims at the refusal by Croatian religious and political leaders to acknowledge them and take responsibility, including the appeal to Pope John Paul II and Croatian victims to make a pilgrimage to Jasenovac to atone for complicity of Catholic clerics in the genocide.
5) The abuses in the Celibic camp near Konjic in which Serbs were tortured, raped, and killed, with specific information on the names of the Muslim and Croat camp officials indicted for the crimes, and their extradition to the UN War Crimes Tribunal--the only indicted war criminals to be extradited from the former Yugoslavia to the Tribunal so far.
6) The severe torture of Serb dissident Vladimir Srebrov in the Kula prison at the hands of followers of Radovan Karadzic.
7) The round-up, beating, and abuse of Serbian refugees from the Krajina by forces of Arkan, within Serbia proper and at Arkan's retreat of Erdut.
8) The stealing of the life savings of thousands of Serbs by Jezdimir Vasiljevic in a bank fraud reported on in detail by the respected Serb journal Vreme.
9) The brutal expulsion and atrocities against Serbs from the area of Western Slavonia by the Croatian army.
10) The "cleansing" of Serbs from large parts of Herzegovina by the HVO and the destruction of Serb property by the HVO.
