Much attention has been given to the war-criminals in the former Yugoslavia. Less attention has been paid to the many who resisted, often at the risk of their own lives, the campaigns of hatred and ethnic purification. This page is dedicated to some of the thousands of courageous men and women who risked their lives to resist the ideologies of religious persecution and ethnic purity.
