Zivko Jovic was formerly head of the Criminal Investigations Division of the Prijedor police department, and according to an IPTF source, owns the ÒCalypsoÓ coffee shop behind the IPTF police station. According to a local source, Jovic was a military policeman during the war and was responsible for war crimes. An independent testimony from a survivor of Keraterm and Trnopolje names Zivko Jovic as one of those responsible for the atrocities committed in those camps. According to Nusret Sivac, a survivor of the concentration camps, ``Jovic Zivko was an interrogator/inspector in Keraterm camp.''
