Presenter:     Please have Faculty member undergoing review complete the information below, listing all courses taught at Haverford, or all courses required for the review.  Please keep in mind that only those courses listed will be included in the packet.  Finally, this packet will be prepared for the presenter only; if the faculty member being reviewed desires a copy of the materials, he/she can obtain such from the presenter.  The Registrar’s Office will only prepare the materials for the presenter.
