Notes From the Bay, Illustrated
7/13/01

Laila's done some serious arranging/redecorating, starting with the main room upstairs. She's also built a "new" dock, with a great view.
The place is looking good, isn't it ?

• The "LR": 1, 2, 3, 4
• The "DR": 1, 2
• The lazyboy
• The downstairs main room and bedroom (welcome!)

Oh, and some flowers

• Daisies in the front yard: 1, 2
• The lilac at the A-frame (I've planted one at the northeast corner of this house)
• One of the first blue flag iris, the first poppy, the first browneyed Susan, the first purple iris
• & one little clump of ladyslipper, protected by the mesh from the white pine in the meadow.

L and I moved some artifacts from the A-frame, and turned up such mementos as:

• Susan's first passport
• Bud, June, and Phil up north, early

Your mom had the visit she's been waiting for, and she is grateful: 1, 2, 3. She and L had a fine time gardening last weekend: 1, 2

Phil and Katie were here when BobT arrived early for the OHS '61 reunion. L and K had a fine time.
