Yoga Club
Yoga Club is a new student organization that aims to provide a weekly break for students to relax and center their minds during the busy school year.
In addition to yoga classes for all levels, the club offers workshops on topics such as meditation, massage therapy, relaxation techniques/stress management, holistic living, and yoga philosophy. Practicing yoga has been shown to improve flexibility, strength, posture, balance, lung capacity, blood pressure, concentration, mood, sleeping, body image, self-confidence, attention, learning efficiency, memory, and integration of mind and body, among many other physical and psychological benefits.
