Women's Rugby
Bryn Mawr and Haverford Women's Rugby Club
Bryn Mawr and Haverford Women's Rugby club, the Horned Toads, is a Bi-College program that is open to any undergraduate woman from Bryn Mawr or Haverford. The vast majority of players have never played rugby before entering college; in fact, many people have never played a team sport before joining the Horned Toads. Learning the rules and strategies of rugby is an ever-evolving process for the Toads and rookies are always welcomed with open arms. We'll teach you everything you need to know! It's also a great way to burst the Haver-bubble by meeting people at Bryn Mawr while getting P.E. credit!
The team plays during the Fall (early September-early November) and the Spring (late February-early May). Practices are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 4:30-6:30 at the Graduate School pitch in Bryn Mawr, with games on Saturdays.
Contact Carrie Clowney for more information! We'd love to see you out on the pitch!
