The "Spectators" club will be essential in allowing fans to travel to and, more importantly, support their teammates, fellow students, and fellow Haverford athletes at NCAA Championships. The club currently consists of members of the Haverford Men's and Women's Track/Cross Country Teams, but is open to any team members or fans (must be a student) of Haverford teams that qualify for the NCAA National Championships. The club will help organize and arrange transportation and lodging for those Haverford team members (who are not competing) or student fans who wish to travel to see a Haverford team compete at the National Championships. Essential to the club's functioning is an ability to defray the costs of passenger van rentals, gas, and two to four hotel room reservations per trip to a National Championship.
