FUCS is committed to continuing to satisfy the conditions under which it was formed by SC in 2002: providing excellent and diverse music as one of the primary sources of regular weekend entertainment for the entire student body. FUCS events lack the booze-centered nature of most parties on campus, and thus provides an essential alternative for those students who elect not to drink, or for whom drinking need not be the primary source of entertainment on weekends.
