Debate Team
The Debate Team competes in parliamentary-style debate, a two-on-two event in which a ‘government’ team proposes a plan for action that is opposed by the ‘opposition’.
The Bryn Mawr Debate Team will be expanding to the Bi-College Consortium starting Fall 2013. The team will compete in the American Parliamentary Debate Association (APDA), a league featuring membership from dozens of colleges and universities across the United States.
