Dyslexia Society:
Formerly the Orton Dyslexia Society, this group publishes informational literature about dyslexia and runs support groups in cities and towns around the world, including one in Rosemont, not far from Haverford College. - Davis Dyslexia Association:
Despite its name this group works both with dyslexia and ADD. A dyslexic himself, Davis founded this group after establishing a successful treatment program for dyslexics. He is also the author of the popular book, "The Gift of Dyslexia." - The Learning Disabilities
Association (LDA):
The LDA is one of the only organizations of its size to work with all forms of learning disabilities. They distribute information, sponsor research, and advocate legal rights for the learning disabled. - Disability Information
and Support (DIAS):
This group focuses on issues of higher education and its relationship to all forms of disability.

and Dyslexic:
This organization creates audio tapes of books and is used by many students who have the "books on tape" accommodation. - Apple Disability
Solution Group:
This page contains information on assistive technologies that are compatible with Apple's computers. This site also highlights the accessibility features built into the Macintosh operating system. - Microsoft Accessibility
and Disabilities Group:
This page is part on an extensive website on disabilities run by Microsoft Software. It includes discussion the accessibility features of the Windows operating system and Microsoft Internet Explorer.
