UPCOMING MUSIC EVENTS AT HAVERFORD
COLLEGE ENSEMBLE CONCERT: 8:00 p.m.
on Friday, April 7, in Roberts Hall, Marshall Auditorium. The Haverford-Bryn
Mawr College Orchestra, directed by Thomas Hong, will perform its
spring concert featuring the winner(s) of the student concerto competition.
This performance is free and open to the public.
COLLEGE ENSEMBLE CONCERT: 4:00 p.m. on Sunday,
April 9. The Chamber Singers of Haverford and Bryn Mawr Colleges,
directed by Thomas Lloyd, will perform in the "College Choir
Festival" series at the Church of the Holy Trinity on Rittenhouse
Square, Philadelphia. This is a free concert with a goodwill offering.

Mawr College Chorale, directed by Thomas Lloyd, will perform "Verdi's
Requiem.” This performance is free and open to the public.
DUO ALTERNO: 8:00 p.m. on Thursday,
April 27 in Roberts Hall, Marshall Auditorium. The Department of
Music at Haverford College in connection with Music 207: Topics
in Piano: “Transatlantic Connections” presents Duo Alterno
featuring Tiziana Scandaletti, soprano, and Riccardo Piacentini,
composer and pianist. Free admission.
