Moroccan newspaper Al Ittihad published an interview with Carol Solomon about a talk she gave on artist Lalla Essaydi at a conference in Asilah, Morocco. Solomon, a visiting associate professor of art history who is currently teaching the course “Contemporary Art of the Arab World,” also talked about the research she did as a Fulbright fellow in Morocco last year on contemporary art of the Maghreb.
