HPV (Human Papillomavirus Vaccine) Information
The HPV vaccine (Gardasil) is available at Health Services.
The vaccine is a series of three injections. The cost of the vaccine is $145.00 per shot. Health Services does not bill insurance companies. Please check with your insurance carrier to see if they will reimburse you for the vaccine administered at Health Service. For more information please check the web site at www.gardasil.com.
