A lecture and panel discussion on issues of copyright, intellectual property, and open access in an academic context, as part of International Open Access Week. Featuring guest speaker Michael W. Carroll, professor of law at American University, intellectual property and cyberlaw scholar, and founding member of Creative Commons, Inc.
