As you may know, Haverford and Bryn Mawr have made a number of recent improvements to the OneCard system, making it easier to purchase goods and services at both campuses.
Effective immediately, work-related purchases that you'd like to charge to your HC department account will require a Department OneCard. This applies to the dining halls at Bryn Mawr, the Dining Center to Haverford, bookstores, Haverford's Mail Center, Bryn Mawr's Post Office, Wyndham, UnCommon Grounds and The Coop.
To get a Department OneCard:
Scan and email it to yourself, then forward the message (with the attachment) firstname.lastname@example.org.
Alternatively, you can fill out the form and send it through the campus mail to Bryan Connor, OneCard Office, Cartref, Bryn Mawr.
Your card(s) will be available in three to five business days; you'll be notified when it's ready for pick-up at The Coop. The requestor or person responsible for the account will need to be present to sign for the card.
