In this workshop we will explore the typical underlying causes of perfectionism and procrastination, the strategies for channeling the positive aspects of this behavior, and the technique for managing the behaviors and choices that get in the way of personal and academic success.

Preparing For The Final Stretch

As the end of the semester approaches, this workshop will provide students with an opportunity to explore the most efficient techniques for preparing for exams, and effective exam taking strategies. Students will learn strategies for planning their time and study techniques so as to be as efficient as possible with limited time and resources.

Food and refreshments will be served at all workshops!
