Season notes: Men's cross country has been present in six of the last nine NCAA Division III podium finishes/pictures and has finished in the top 10 nine times in the last 10 years … The LaVern Gibson Championship Course served as the site for eight consecutive NCAA D- I Championships from 2004-11 … All seven runners that raced at the Mideast Regional earned regional honors as Haverford won its 19th regional title in the last 24 years … The Fords hosted the Centennial Conference championship at Alumni Course for the first time in history  … Haverford finished fourth in a field of 27 teams at the Princeton Invitational. The highest-finishing D-III squad at the meet, the Fords trailed only Saint Joseph's, Harvard and Iona … Haverford eclipsed several D-I programs to come in 17th at the Paul Short Run hosted by Lehigh University … The Fords were ranked in the top two in the nation by the USTFCCCA throughout the season.

Looking ahead: Haverford aims to continue its tradition of excellence in the conference, region and nation in 2013. Returning five of its top seven runners including conference champion Stadler, the Fords will look to be a top-10 team in the nation for the 10th time in the last 11 years.
