Bianca Neff is a human rights practitioner based in Malaga, Spain. Born into a Basque-American family, Bianca has spent her life's work negotiating cultural difference. She has worked with communities in Morocco, Kyrgyzstan, the Dominican Republic and Mongolia on issues and projects related to development in high-risk contexts, the nexus of poverty and radicalization, Islamic studies, Central Asian ethnicity and politics, ethnic conflict resolution and inter-faith dialogue.
