"What You See is What You Get: Vision, Knowledge, and Technology Across the Disciplines"

The next dinner conversation in the series "What You Seeis What You Get: Vision, Knowledge and Technology Across the Disciplines" will be held Wednesday, December 5 at 7 p.m. in the Faculty Dining Room.

This conversation will focus on five overlapping themes drawn from the previous meeting: 
Visual Expression & Cultures of Seeing
Social Documentation
Display & Exhibition
Data Visualization
Image & Text
Participants will be invited to discuss the following questions: 
a. What do you need to know or be able to do to be an educated person?
And b. What adjacencies, technologies and spaces would enable this educated person to thrive?
We warmly encourage participation from anyone on the faculty or staff interested in these themes and questions.
