We seek a candidate for a one-year full-time visiting position in computer science, with the potential to be extended for a second year.  Responsibilities include teaching five units (i.e., four separate courses with corresponding labs and discussion sections) for the academic year 2012-2013.   The successful candidate will have Ph.D. (ABD considered) in computer science and excellent teaching skills. Computer Science at Haverford College provides a rigorous and thorough preparation for motivated and talented undergraduate students in the context of a liberal arts education.  Such themes as collaboration across fields, a student-maintained Honor Code, and connections to social justice resonate throughout all Haverford curricula.  Students from Bryn Mawr and Swarthmore Colleges also enroll in Haverford courses.
