Men's Indoor Track Runs Final Meet Before Conference Championships

2/22/08 - Haverford hosted the Keogh Invitational at the Field House.
HAVERFORD, Pa. – The Haverford College men’s indoor track and field team tuned up for the Centennial Conference Championships by hosting the Keogh Invitational Friday evening at the Field House.
Carlos Coleman continued his success in the 55 meter dash by placing second in a time of 6.68. In the mile run Ian Ramsey-North (4:15.49) and Elias Tousley (4:15.57) finished second and third, respectively. The Fords also placed runners in the sixth through ninth spots.
Sunil Adige finished second in the 800 meters, crossing the line in 1:57.39. Paul Bisceglio was fourth at 1:57.83. Ramsey-North came in sixth at 2:00.26.
In the pole vault, Phil Kim tied for third; jumping 12-00. Joe Awantang placed first in the shot put, throwing 51-01.
Haverford heads to the Centennial Conference Championships next Saturday and Sunday at Ursinus College.
