Sophomore Sara Cram scored a career-high 26 points for the second straight game and dished out five assists as Haverford pulled away from a 32-all tie for its first win of the season against non-conference visitor Trinity University.

Abels hit 5-of-6 free throws in the final 34 seconds to preserve the win. Senior Liz Theibert (four assists) joined Cram, Abels and Mayell in gathering four of the hosts' 19 steals in the game.
The Tigers (1-6) gathered in 19 offensive boards to build a 49-26 rebounding advantage, but were doomed by 31 turnovers and 9-of-27 second-half shooting. Danielle Owens had 15 points and 13 rebounds for Trinity, with Ashley West (15 rebounds) and Danielle Pettis (nine rebounds) added 14 points each.
