SAFETY ALERT: VANDALISM/THEFT FROM VEHICLE
Two student vehicles vandalized in HCA lot.
Security received a report of vandalism to two student vehicles parked in the HCA “small” parking lot (which is adjacent to HCA #10 – just off of Ardmore Ave.). The incidents occurred sometime between 8:00 p.m. on Monday, August 31, 2009 and 9:50 a.m. on Wednesday, September 2, 2009.
The driver’s side window was broken out of one of the vehicles and some cash on the center console was stolen. The second vehicle had the rear window smashed out, but nothing was taken from the vehicle. Security and Haverford Township Police responded and an investigation is ongoing. Patrols are being augmented.
