English Major Awarded Humanities Center Apprenticeship

The Hurford Humanities Center offers rising seniors apprenticeships at Philadelphia host organizations. The program supports 10 weeks of full time work.
Andrew Lanham '10 will be assisting the Pennsylvania Humanities Council with the implementation of a new communications plan, the development of programming connecting the Civil War era to the Civil Rights era and to contemporary American life. Andrew will also be aiding in the development of programming in contemporary literature (science fictions, travel writing, etc.).
