6/5/09 - Special Response Exercise

The Police team will tour the campus on Tuesday morning (for familiarization). Sometime after 1:00 PM., they will conduct a SIMULATED response exercise at Leeds - staging (setting up outside) and making an entry and sweep of the building (a drill only). The officers will be in tactical uniforms and will be armed.
This exercise is an integral part of Haverford's critical incident response and emergency preparedness planning. While we do not expect any disruption of normal campus activity during this exercise, your patience and cooperation is greatly appreciated. Tom King Director - Safety and Security
