Men's Cross Country Wins 18th NCAA Mideast Region Championship

11/10/07 - Ramsey-North, Letts and Lanham place 3-5-6 respectively to lead Fords to another regional title.
BETHLEHEM, PA - Senior co-captains Ian Ramsey-North (24:50) and Don Letts (23:55) and sophomore Andrew Lanham (25:05) placed a respective 3-5-6 as all seven Haverford College runners earned All-Region status at the NCAA Division III Mideast Championships Saturday afternoon at Lehigh University. Haverford (45 points) earned their fifth straight Regional title, beating out second place Allegheny by seven points.
Senior Jamie Jablin (25:03), junior Mark Burgmann (25:54), sophomore Ben Frisbee (25:41) and freshman Anders Hulleberg (25:42) all finished within one minute of the winner, junior Brian Harvey (24:44) of Carnegie Mellon, to earn Top 35 All-Region honors with places 11-20-29, respectively.
Fourth-ranked Haverford and 12th-ranked runner-up Allegheny both automatically qualified as teams to next Saturday's NCAA Division III Championships at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minn.
