Prof. McCormick's article "Higher, Faster, Louder: Representations of the International Music Competition" appeared in the March 2009 issue of Cultural Sociology. She has also written a culture review about a multimedia art cabaret in Greenwich Village that will appear in the Spring issue of Contexts magazine.
Also keep an eye open for Prof. Gould's article "Culture, Personality and Emotion in George Herbert Mead: A Critique of Empiricism in Cultural Sociology" which is forthcoming in Sociological Theory.
