The Lost Wax Initiative
"Haverford has this wonderful opportunity for students," says Professor Marianne Weil, who spent much of the semester in the Foundry working with her advanced sculpture class on the Lost Wax Initiative. "It's just unique that a college our size has a facility where students can cast their own bronzes, do all the finishing and develop their work and their vision."
