Math 104 is NOT intended as a replacement for Calculus I (Math 113), and cannot serve as a prerequisite course for any other course that requires Math 113.
Prerequisites: A firm background in precalculus mathematics.
Who should take this course? This course is NOT INTENDED for
students with substantial previous study of calculus. It IS designed
for students who would like to be introduced to the basic elements and
ideas of calculus in a nontechnical setting.
