- When approval books are ready for barcoding, check the
slip in the book for location Magill library stacks (hm).
If there is a full-size worksheet with notes, etc. to add to the bib
record, or about deleting a previous edition, give the book to a Library
cataloger. Any other location, or no label on the book, give the book
to a Library cataloger. When in doubt, ask a Library cataloger.

on the slip, if it is not already there.

for the item record (if there is no hm item record there, attach

the 050 call number). Check the item
call number against the slip and the call number label on the book.
Put a Haverford barcode in the book if it’s not already there.
