Label should read:
REF.
- Book should arrive with a yellow flag. Remove flag
before taking completed book to circulation.
- Remove dust jacket. Do not retain or label. Place
it in the box of jackets next to the desk.
- Pre-printed "For Reference..." plate. If
a special gift plate is required, stamp it at the bottom with the
red stamp that says "FOR REFERENCE -- Not to be taken from
this room."
- "Not to be taken..." target, at lower right
of inside back cover, the same location where a pocket would be.
- No pocket.
- Spine label.
