Exporting from OCLC (Using Connexion)

To overlay a Tripod record

1. Log-in to OCLC Connexion.
    
2. Find the bib record you need (check 020, 245, 260).
    
3. Choose Apply CD from list from Edit pull-down menu.
    
4. Select overlay949 from the Select Constant Data list.
    
5. Paste the bib record number of Tripod record to be overlaid in the 949.
    
6. Choose Export Record in MARC from Action pull-down menu.
    
   

To export a record without overlaying

1. Log in to OCLC Connexion.
    
2. Find the bib record you need (check 020, 245, 260).
    
3. Choose Apply CD from List from Edit pull-down menu.
    
4. Select export949 from Select Constant Data list.
    
5. Choose Export Record in MARC from Action pull-down menu.
