Faculty Video Reservation Form
Use this form to:
- Place a booking for a video on reserve for your course, ensuring that it will not be checked out by a student at the time of your screening; and/or
- Reserve a space to screen a video for your course.
A note about screening spaces: Magill Library has a group video viewing room that can accommodate a group of up to 25. If your class is a bit larger than this or you wish to have 2 or 3 screening options for your class, this can be accommodated as well. For large single class showings, please chose the "other campus venue" option below and your request will go to Susan Penn (as well as to the Library if you are booking a video).
