Magill Library has 148 student carrels and 30 faculty carrels that may be reserved for pairs of students or individual faculty. Any Haverford student or professor may apply for a carrel. Applications for carrels are available at Circulation Services or students may download and print an application (pdf).

Student carrels are assigned by lottery at the beginning of each fall semester for a period of one year. Faculty carrels are also assigned as needed, to be re-assigned or renewed each academic year.
