Hematocrit is a measure of the concentration of red blood cells (RBCs) in the blood.

WBC count is a measure of the concentration of white blood cells (WBCs) in the blood.  Lymphocytes are a type of white blood cell.

WBC differential count determines the relative amounts of different subsets of WBCs including neutrophils, macrophages, and lymphocytes. [1]
