The <strong>fill factor</strong> (for a solar cell) is defined as the ratio of the maximum
power actually obtainable by a solar cell to the power that could be
theoretically attained by that cell.  It is a number that expresses the
efficiency of the cell - the closer to 1, the better the cell.  Anything
above 0.7 is currently considered commercial grade.
