インターネットによって、世界の異なる地の人々のコミュニケーションが簡単にできるようになった、それを利用して、さまざまな教育機関の学生たちが、協同で、学習をすすめる。。。。そういった目的で私たちの試みた、各々違う四種類のプロジェクトです�Students from different schools in differents parts of theworld learn collaboratively through communication using the internet...With this objective, we have tried four different kinds of projects.

理想の町Ideal Town 大切な贈り物My Most Precious Gift

超バラバラZINEZine Project 学生研究プロジェクトStudents'Research Project

この四つのプロジェクトのうちで、『大切な贈り物』が、最も簡単にとりかかりやすいものと言えます。『研究プロジェクト』は、学期をとおして、日本の学生さんたちの協力を得て、できたもので、『超バラバラZINE』オンライン雑誌は、それに加えて、日本語を他の大学で学習する学生さんとの共同作業で、つくられました。しかし、なんといっても、『理想の町』プロジェクトが、学習者の自立と学習の多めん性を促進したり、サイバー・スペースのコミュニティつくりの助けになることもあり、初めて町ができてから数年たつ現在も、さまざまな教育機関の教師たちの協力で、『町』は『発展』を続けています。

The"Most Precious Gift" project is the simplest among these four projects. The"Students' researchProject" became possible through the cooperation of students in Japan over a period of one semester. Students of Japanese at other institiutions in the U.S. were added for the "Zine" project. Among these four projects, the "Town project" is the one that has helped the most to encourage autonomy and multiplicity of learningand create acommunity in cyberspace. The town has been growing with more students and teachers involved at various schools for the past several years.
