Institutional Advancement: Advancement Services
The Advancement Services division of Institutional Advancement includes Information Resources, Prospect Research, and Stewardship. All three divisions work closely to provide vital information that supports the College's overall educational mission.
Information Resources is the repository for electronic and paper copies of constituent records. We work closely with campus departments to provide contact and career information for alumni career development networking, fundraising, regional events, and reunions. We maintain the biographical information that helps support the College's overall educational mission. In addition, we provide a secure environment for the confidential information with which our alumni, parents and friends entrust us.
Prospect Research's main goals are to identify potential donors with the capacity to support the College's educational goals. This includes conducting detailed biographical, professional, and financial research on individuals and corporations.
Stewardship maintains and deepens the relationship between the College and its many donors. This connection is achieved through gift acknowledgement, donor recognition, donor events and donor-named fund reporting. Stewardship supports the continued cultivation of donors, provides for accountability in the use of donors' gifts, and honors donors' rights to timely and accurate information regarding the impact of their gifts within the larger day-to-day life of the College.
