Haverford College, a small liberal arts college located outside of Philadelphia, seeks a licensed or license-eligible clinical or counseling psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) with special interest in working with late adolescents and young adults to join the staff of Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS).

In addition to being someone with a commitment to working as a team member with CAPS staff and other student services colleagues, the successful candidate will be someone who listens carefully, is interested in subtext, articulates psychological complexity capably, and appreciates different views of the "good life."
The position primarily involves providing psychotherapy and counseling to students; consultation to faculty, staff, and fellow administrators about psychological concerns of all sorts; and supervision of practicum students, interns, and post-docs who are providing counseling to students. This position is part time (.52 FTE) during the College's academic year (late August to the end of May) and is essentially three days per week for the academic year.
