Job Openings: Customer Service/Buyer/Web Sales Coordinator
Reporting to the Bookstore Manager the Customer Service/Buyer/Web Sales Coordinator will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services. The incumbent will order general merchandise for the Bookstore to promote sell-through of Bookstore products. Assist with daily operations of the Bookstore.

Essential Functions
- Handle email/phone inquiries from customers
- Monitor web sales, process, pick, and ship web orders
- Assist textbook buyer
- Share buying of food/drinks
- Responsible for school supplies and working with Vendor to keep inventory under control
- Responsible for buying electronics
Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills
- College Bookstore experience essential
- Knowledge of POS/Inventory control systems
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Well-rounded understanding of all aspects of the Bookstore, and can step in to assist where needed
- Can lift 50lbs
Education and Experience
Required - High school graduation & 2 years of experience
Preferred - Completion of an associate or bachelor’s degree & 3 or more years of experience
