The faculty of Haverford College comprises the following:
Faculty meetings normally are held on the third Thursday of the month. Members of the faculty are expected to attend all faculty meetings. Other members of the College community may attend faculty meetings as resource persons on the invitation of the Clerk and with the consent of the faculty. The Dean of the College, the Vice President for Finance and Administration, the Vice President for Institutional Advancement, the Director of Admissions, and the Director of Athletics traditionally have been included in this category. They may participate in discussion, but not in the determination of consensus.
