Today Tritton and Kim Halls are the new dorms on the block. What hasn’t changed is just how essential living on campus is to the Haverford experience.

Haverford libraries own more than 625,000 titles, including not only printed books but thousands of items in other formats—microfilm, photographs, diaries, letters, sound and video recordings, electronic publications, and miscellaneous ephemera.

Best known for railroad photography, O. Winston Link also shot promotional images of Haverford and many are in Special Collections.

The Women’s Center is a safe, non-political space on campus that is open to both women and men providing support, resources and information to the community.

Magill Library houses more than half a million volumes and provides access to 2.5 million more through a catalog system that connects it to libraries at neighboring Bryn Mawr and Swarthmore Colleges.

Located just across the road from Whitehead Campus Center, the new Tritton and Kim residence halls each contain 80 single rooms and feature an interior courtyard, two common rooms (each with a kitchenette and wall-mounted TV) and a study room on each floor.

For decades, the Blue Bus has been a welcome sight for Haverford and Bryn Mawr students who rely on it for timely and convenient travel between campuses.

Haverford has more than 145 groups who publish magazines, host symposia, sing a cappella, discuss religion and spirituality, stay politically active, maintain a system of student self-government, dance, demonstrate and create.
