Greek Sports History
The history of soccer, basketball and other sports affords significant insights in the way Greek identity is manifested through athletic activities. I am especially interested in the history of the national soccer team, the identities associated with the major professional soccer teams, including Panathinaikos and Greek sports in the diaspora.
