Egyptian Cotton Museum

The Cultural Foundation of the Bank of Piraeus group, has created a network of thematic museums that studies, rescues and promotes Greek heritage and Greeceā€šs cultural identity. It has established several museums of industrial and manufacturing heritage and is planning the creation of an Egyptian Cotton Museum. As the project's academic coordinator, I am engaged in gathering articles by twelve experts on various aspects of the history of Egyptian Cotton that will form the basis for the conceptualization of the museum and also be published in a collected volume.
