Presbyterian Missions in China
- The Presbyterian Historical Socity maintains
an extensive archive including many materials on the organization's
missionary work in China which began in 1837. The collection includes
personal papers of missionaries, organizational reports and records,
family and official correspondence, files on individual missions and
schools in China, and many newspapers and magazines published in China.

are important sources for historical research. The Chinese Recorder
is at the Presbyterian Historical Society. Haverford has a subject index

Relief Work in China
- The American Friends Service Committee has files and personal papers
detailing relief efforts in China beginning in the 1930s and stretching
through the civil war period.
