Kathryne Adair Corbin
Lecturer in French and Francophone Studies
Professor Corbin earned her Ph.D. in French from the University of California, Santa Barbara with the dissertation “Séverine, Colette, Andrée Viollis: Three Women Writers and the Daily Press in Third-Republic France.” Her current work focuses on the women journalists of interwar France. In addition to her research in nineteenth- and early twentieth-century literature and cultural studies, she specializes in foreign language pedagogy.
