Research
I am a clinical psychologist interested in examining specific elements of empirically supported treatments associated with treatment outcome in eating disorders. In addition, I have had a longstanding interest in various psychosocial and cognitive risk factors associated with the onset, course, and outcome of eating disorders and mood disorders (e.g., cognitive style, peer and family modeling, negative life events) as well as the specificity and interaction of these variables in predicting eating and mood disorders.
