A. Arboretum/ Grounds

• Educational programs, e.g., nature walks, lectures, talks, newsletters
• Advice on horticultural matters
• Routine care of lawns, trees, roads, walks, and athletic fields
• Establishment and maintenance of flower and shrub beds
• Support of outdoor events
• Snow removal
• Repair and maintenance of vehicles and equipment

B. Housekeeping

• Routine cleaning of academic, administrative and dormitory buildings
• Moving of office furniture
• Set-ups for special events
• Trash removal and recycling
• Pest Control

C. Maintenance

• Repairs to wood cabinets, shelves, and bulletin boards
• Repairs to broken windows and doors, including glass
• Replaces or rekeys locking hardware
• Repair of venetian blinds or shades
• Painting
• Minor sign making
• Minor roof and gutter repairs
• Repair or replacement of plumbing
• Repairs campus electrical system
• Connects new equipment to the campus utility systems
